Anthony is a Founding Partner of Factory Studios and the Factory Family.

As Creative Director at Factory, Anthony has over 20 years experience in audio, music and broadcasting. Always at the forefront of modern sound design, Anthony has produced some of the most awarded and revered commercial work of recent years.

Anthony is passionate about promoting the craft of creative sound design and his work has been globally recognised by the likes of the Cannes Lions, BAFTA, D&AD, Clio’s, Music And Sound Awards and the British Arrows to name but a few.

Projects of note include an impressive body of work created for Honda, with films such as ‘Hands’, ‘Ignition’ and ‘The Other Side’. Anthony has also worked closely with Adam&Eve DDB on every John Lewis Christmas campaign since the launch of the iconic ‘Long Wait’ back in 2011.

Recent projects have seen Anthony creating the sound design for new campaigns from Apple, Lacoste, Virgin Media and Carlsberg. He was also involved in creating the stunning soundtrack to Channel 4’s inspirational ‘We’re The Superhumans’ and is currently in production on his second feature film project.

Dan is probably the best looking of the Factory Sound Designers, but he tries to stay modest.

With an accountant father and secretary mother, he was always destined for an award winning career in audio.

Gaining a 2:1 degree in Sound Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan, he rapidly began his climb up the Soho studio ladder, finally settling at Factory in 2008.

Dan has built up a loyal client base with his dashing good looks, creating award-winning work for the likes of Creature, BBH, W+K London, VCCP and Saatchi's to name but a few.

Jon Clarke

Jon has over 10 years of experience that has seen him work in some of London's top audio facilities.

Since joining Factory in 2009, Jon's cutting edge work has seen him pick up a whole host of award wins and nominations, with gold awards for Sound Design at the British Arrows and Ciclope, plus numerous MAS Awards and further accolades at Kinsale and the Clios. Most recently he worked on 'Home' which picked up the 2017 BAFTA for Short Film. Jon has gained a global reputation for sound design excellence across all platforms.

Jon is also a talented composer and has just completed his debut feature film score for Kissing Candice directed by Aoife McArdle. Produced by SIREN, this emotively charged score was premiered at the 2017 Toronto Film festival. Phil graduated from the London College of Music & Media with a First in Music Technology.

With over 13 years of audio experience, Phil has gained an award winning reputation for creative and innovative sound design at Factory. His work has been recognised globally by the likes of Creative Circle, Eurobest, Clio's, Ciclope, Kinsale and MAS; not to mention big wins at the Cannes Lions, British Arrows, D&AD and the LIA's. His work on Honda 'Paper' for RPA, quickly became 2016's most awarded film for sound design.

In his spare time, Phil is a keen DJ and producer who runs his own record label and club night.

Neil made the move from Belfast to London to undertake a diploma in Audio Engineering & Post Production at Alchemea College. After passing with a Distinction in 2009, Neil worked his way up through some of Soho's top sound studios.

He has been a valued member of the Factory team since 2013, with his work winning a host of awards from the likes of Creative Circle, the Hollywood Post Alliance and the Music & Sound Awards to name but a few.

Neil has a passion and drive for sound design that originates from his love of music, film and all things audio.

Jack Hallett

Jack was born and raised in East Sussex and began making music from an early age. He graduated with a Distinction in Music Production and as an artist, he specialises in rap and spoken word music projects.

His keen interest for music and sound design eventually led Jack into the world of audio post-production and he joined Factory in 2013.

Jack has a passion for creative sound design and has produced critically acclaimed work for clients such as Adidas, H&M, Honda, Smart Energy and Skittles.

Mark Hills

Mark started his sound design career in 2012 and quickly worked his way up the Soho engineering ranks.

With a passion for creative sound design and mixing, Mark has a wealth of experience that has seen him work across a wide range of projects from advertising to broadcast, feature films to games.

Mark is also a talented composer and enjoys producing an eclectic collection of tracks and scores with several of his productions being released through independent labels.

He joined Factory in 2017 and has already started to produce excellent work for the likes of Lacoste, Paypal, Jury's Inn and The British Lung Foundation.

Ben Firth

Having studied Sound Engineering at college, Ben initially worked in the live music industry before joining Factory in 2001.

With over 16 years of experience as a Sound Engineer, Ben has specialised in sound design and mixing projects across music and advertising. In conjuction with this, he has also worked with a host of world renowned music artists and record labels on mixing and mastering projects across a variety of major releases.

With a keen passion for audio and visual technology, Ben is also Factory's Head Of Technical Support, a role that has seen him project manage Factory's three new studio builds. Ben is a member of several organisations including the AES (Audio Engineering Society) & EBU (European Broadcast Union).

In his spare time, Ben runs a music collective which promotes new and emerging musical talent from unsigned artists and independent record labels.
