More

Andy joined Factory in 2021 as a Transfer Engineer, bringing a wealth of experience of multiple leading post houses. Born and raised in Hackney, Andy’s lifelong passion for sound began early, sparked by childhood jam sessions with his dad and an old Sony boom box.

His love for sound design took root in college and led him to achieve a BA and MA in Music Tech at university. It was there he developed a talent for crafting rich, intricate soundscapes and collaborating with others to bring their creative ideas to life.

Since then, Andy has worked across award-winning short films, advertising, and innovative sound projects. From shaping the voice of the lovable octopus in Disney’s The Boy & The Octopus to crafting unique, twisting textures for EE’s Unfinished audiobook, he’s known for his imaginative approach and attention to detail. His work on the award-winning short Ryan Can't Read spotlights his sensitivity to sound’s role in storytelling.

With a love for experimentation and a collaborative spirit, Andy thrives on projects that balance creativity and precision. When he’s not in the studio, he’s making music and is constantly exploring new ways to push his mixes to the next level.
