17-Year-old Candice longs to escape her seaside town and finds solace in her imagination. When her disillusionment calcifies into an obsession with a troubled stranger, she becomes entangled with a dangerous local gang. It was screened in the Discovery section at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival and had its European premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival in February 2018. Nominated for both Sound Design and Score at the 2019 Music and Sound Awards.
